At Pottinger Creek Estate we pride ourselves on the quality grain we provide for our distiller and brewer partners. In early 2027 we will be opening Kentucky’s second malt house making us the first to offer all the grains you need to make a uniquely Kentucky grown distillate. We offer a range of grain products: whole corn, wheat, rye, malted barley, and milled options for those grains.
Our butcher shop, Located in Loretto, KY, is where everything at Pottinger Creek Estate comes together. Cattle raised on our own grain are processed with care, and we sell that beef straight to our neighbors and offer custom butchering for local families. The shop completes the cycle from field to table, so the food we grow stays in our community and feeds the people nearest and dearest to us.
